Yes. Our scraper uses a full browser engine to render JavaScript before reading content. Single-page apps, React sites, and dynamic content are all supported. If a visitor can see it, ThoughtPartnr can index it.
No. The widget script loads asynchronously with the defer attribute, so it never blocks your page from rendering. The script is lightweight and served from a global CDN. All AI processing happens on our servers, not in your visitor’s browser.
ThoughtPartnr only answers from content that exists on your website. Every response includes a citation linking to the specific page where the information was found. If it cannot find a relevant answer, it says so honestly and offers to capture the visitor’s contact info for follow-up.
After a visitor engages with the AI assistant, ThoughtPartnr can prompt them for their name and email. Because the visitor already received helpful information, they are much more likely to share their details. Leads are stored in your dashboard and can be automatically pushed to your CRM.
